What is your returns policy?

If there is anything wrong with your order or you aren’t completely happy, please get in touch with us within 14 days at hello@scrumbles.co.uk.

Returns and refund policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any unused and unopened products within a period of fourteen (14) days starting the day after your receipt (or receipt by someone identified by you) of the products as reflected by the carrier’s recorded date of successful delivery, provided they are in resalable condition. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision. You may do this by contacting us via email, telephone or post. In order 

If you cancel your contract with us, you must send the cancelled products back to us at the following address: Scrumbles, Unit 4, Bickels Yard, 151-153 Bermondsey Street se1 3ha marked with your order number. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment. You bear the cost of return shipping costs, unless the products are defective, or the products received were not the products ordered.

Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@scrumbles.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. If your order arrives damaged when it gets to you, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange for a refund or replacement of the damaged items. In the rare occasion where a parcel goes missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Please note claims will not be accepted if you have asked DHL to leave the parcel in a safe place including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the consumer or customer. During the pandemic, DHL and other couriers are taking precautions to minimise contact including contactless deliveries. You will receive a text notification for when your parcel will be delivered. If you won’t be home please update your safe place or delivery date via the link provided in the text.

How can I track my order?

All Scrumbles deliveries are tracked. Once your order has been processed you should receive an email notification from the carrier. This will include a consignment number you can use to find the status of your order.

We partner with DHL to serve most orders.

If you don’t receive the notification or are still having trouble tracking your order, please drop us a note at hello@scrumbles.co.uk quoting your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

If orders have been placed and processed, deliveries can’t be canceled. If you need some assistance please click here.

How will Covid-19 affect my Scrumbles delivery?

During this difficult time, we’re working hard with all of our partners to get your deliveries to you safely and quickly. DHL is taking extra precautions to protect our customers and their staff including contact free deliveries.

We continue to dispatch orders within 24 hours with next day delivery but for our staff’s safety orders. Orders placed after 8am on Friday will be dispatched on a Monday for delivery Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

Which Couriers does Scrumbles use?

We’re choosey about who we work with. As we’re committed to minimising our environmental pawprint, we deliver our delicious goodies via DHL who run off 80% renewable energy and offer tracked deliveries for your peace of mind. We also use packaging that’s greener, which you can recyclable or compost at home to avoid landfill, with the exception of the film on our wet food!
