Once your order is placed and processed, we are unable to cancel or amend these for you (sorry!). BUT, you're welcome to return it once your order arrives. Just follow our returns policy and we'll issue a refund in line with our guidelines. Please read our policy here.

We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland and some European countries such as Netherlands.

If you refuse your package and it is returned to us in resalable condition, £6.32 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping. If you refuse your order as it has arrived with damaged products this won't apply, so please contact us to let us know.

We know how exciting it is to receive your gut-friendly goodies, so we’re sorry if your order hasn’t turned up as expected. First, we recommend checking your tracking link for the latest delivery update. It’s also worth having a quick look around your safe place, with neighbours, or at your local delivery office in case it’s been left there. If your order still hasn’t been found, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away. If your parcel has been lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
