Prebiotics are the fibre that feed the good bacteria already living in your pet’s gut, like Slippery Elm and Inulin. Probiotics are the live, friendly bacteria themselves, which help to balance the gut microbiome and crowd out bad bacteria. We use the probiotic Enterococcus Faecium, known for its poop-perfecting qualities.

Because we use natural ingredients and avoid over-processing, you might notice slight variations in size, texture, and smell from batch to batch - this is totally normal! Once you have opened a bag of our dry cat or dog food, we advise that you use it within 3 months. Make sure to reseal the bag to maintain freshness and nutritional quality. Store in a cool, dry place and always check the best-before date on the bag. Even better, decant it into an airtight container for peak crunch-preserving power.

There’s no need to moisten our dry kitten food, it's designed to be enjoyed as-is. That said, it’s totally up to you (or should we say, your kitten!). Adding a splash of warm water can help soften the kibble, making it easier to chew, especially for younger kittens with teeny tiny mouths. You can also try mixing it with a complete wet food for added moisture and hydration. Just make sure both are complete and balanced to keep your little one thriving.
