8. Right to Cancel & Returns

8.1 You may return product within 14 days of receiving unused and unopened products.

8.2 Exceptions:

• Pet food or treats once opened;
• Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.

8.3 To return, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return products within 14 days. Visit Scrumbles returns page to start the process. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, which will be deducted from the available refund amount.

8.4 Refunds are issued using the original payment method, adjusted if goods are handled beyond what is necessary.

8.5 Orders refused and returned may have a shipping deduction of £6.32.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

9.1 Your statutory rights are not affected.
