Returns and refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. If you’re not entirely happy with your order and have any unopened products in a resaleable condition, please drop us an email at hello@scrumbles.co.uk with your order number to let us know.

We will then generate a DPD returns label for you. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method, with £6.32 deducted to cover the return shipping cost, unless the products are defective or incorrect.

If an order is refused, or if two delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us by DPD in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note that the return shipping cost (£6.32) will be deducted from the refund unless the items were defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged items. In the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Please note claims will not be accepted if you have asked DPD or Amazon to leave the parcel in a safe place, including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the consumer or customer.
