Returns and refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, if you’re not entirely happy with your order and have any unopened products in a resaleable condition, please drop us an email at hello@scrumbles.co.uk with your order number to let us know.
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. You will cover the return shipment costs, unless the products are defective or incorrect.
If you refuse an order and it’s been sent back to us by DPD in a resalable condition, and it's not due to the items being defective or incorrect, we will refund the product cost, deducting the cost of the return shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged items. In the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Please note claims will not be accepted if you have asked DPD to leave the parcel in a safe place including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the consumer or customer.
