Returns and refund policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any unused or fully unopened products within fourteen (14) days starting from the day you receive the products (or the day they are marked as successfully delivered), provided that the goods are in a resalable condition. To exercise your right to cancel, you must post qualifying goods within the 14-day period. It is not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.
"Fully unopened", means the product must be returned exactly as sold e.g. if you have purchased a variety pack which contains 7 trays, and you return only 6 unused trays, this does not meet the criteria for a resalable unopened product.
How to Return Your Order

The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
You must include your order reference inside the parcel, and we recommend using a tracked service to avoid parcels getting lost in transit. Please note, if the parcel arrives damaged or without your order number, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refused deliveries
If an order is refused, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note that the return shipping cost (£6.32) will also be deducted from the refund unless the items were defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged items. In the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Please note claims will not be accepted if you have asked DPD to leave the parcel in a safe place, including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the consumer or customer.
