Returns and refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. If you’re not entirely happy with your order and have any unopened products in a resaleable condition, please drop us an email at hello@scrumbles.co.uk with your order number to let us know.

We will then generate a DPD returns label for you. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method, with £6.32 deducted to cover the return shipping cost, unless the products are defective or incorrect.

If you refuse an order and it’s been sent back to us by DPD in a resalable condition, and it's not due to the items being defective or incorrect, we will refund the product cost, deducting the cost of the return shipment (£6.32).

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged items. In the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we will raise a claim with the courier. Please note claims will not be accepted if you have asked DPD or Amazon to leave the parcel in a safe place, including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the consumer or customer.
